Don't worry Floridians, it is still legal to go down on your dog | Death ...

A new Florida law banning bestiality seems to have a very large loophole.

For years sex with animals has been legal in everyone?s favorite retirement state. Dogs, cats, alligators?you name it. That is until just last year, when Florida representatives thought it was high time to kick the bestiality habit. State legislators finally passed a law banning animal sex last October.

But, this being the state that brought us bath salts and face-eating zombies, it did not take long for animal lovers to find a loophole in the new law: it doesn?t prohibit oral sex.

Eric Antunes was to be one of the first Floridians ever convicted of the newly-minted crime of bestiality for performing sex acts with his girlfriend?s three-legged dog. However, his case was recently thrown-out in court due to this stipulation in the law?Antunes was only engaged in oral sex, not the full shebang.

Ironically enough, Antunes? girlfriend, who was unaware of this going on, was the Medical Director of the Pinellas County Humane Society where Antunes would often come in and help her with the animals. Antunes is also being charged for child pornography, which thankfully is harder to get out of.

So Floridians, it is still legal to get it on with mans? best friend?as long as you only go to third base.
