Dragon Boating - Paddles Up!

In preparation for a race, teams stage on shore, then load their boats and paddle out to the starting line, where the Starter and a Chase Boat get their boats aligned in preparation for the start.

Three commands are then issued - there are variations, but they generally sound like this:

Starter has the race! This tells the paddlers that the start is imminent.
Attention, Paddlers or Attention, Please!
We have alignment The boats are aligned and we're ready to go!

The "We have alignment" command tells the paddlers that the starting horn is but seconds away. In the photo above, alignment has been declared, and the Strokers (paddlers in the first seat, who set the boat's pace) are ready - the starting horn sounded less than a second after the photo was taken, as the next photo illustrates:
